For stays of 6 nights or less, the following are included in the rate: bed linen, towels, TV, beds made upon arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning (except for the kitchen area).
For stays of 7 nights or more the following are included in the rate: bed linen, towels, TV, and beds made upon arrival. The end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself.
A security deposit of EUR 300 by credit card is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
